Causes of Worry:
1. Your life and how things are going to turn out.
2. Your Career3. Your family
4. Your Job
5. Your Heah
6. Your Choices
7. Your Money
8. Your Fears and Insecurities
Your Actions
1. Everyday you bring your fear and insecurities to a boil in a small saucepan of your subconscious over a constant steam of thought about what if this happens or what if that happens? What if things are beyond my control? Then you cover the pan of your conscious mind, turn off the heat, and sit aside for 10 minutes of tea or coffee and listen and partake in negative conversations and media reports that reinforce your fears about life. Or, if you are using worry, just bring the mix to a boil and proceed with your recipe for defeat. Adding the extract before you add the self negative talk to the idea that things have not changed in the past and you are bound to your ill faith.
2. Working in a heavy situation where your wage or salary does not meet the inflation rate or rise of food and petrol prices, whisks the yolks of health deterioration with doctors consults and medication costs, and mix it together until thick and pale. Whisking all the while drizzle a quarter of the constant rumours of crime onto the yolks. Then, still whisking, pour the rest of the constant worry in a steady stream over the tempered yolks. Remove and discard the reason that good will come.
3. Put the pan over medium heat and worry constantly and without stop bring the mixture to a boil. Keep the mixture at the boil, whisking energetically for 1 to 2 hours, then remove the pan from the heat, and then scrape the pastry of defeat into clean new day to repeat. Allow the pastry to cool on the counter until you make a decision and realise that worry does not add to your life but rather robs and takes away from you your creativity and zest for life and right way of living.
